Michael N. White
Michael N. White has a long and extensive background in many types of litigation. Mr. White was an assistant District
Attorney, District Attorney and District Court Judge. After leaving the bench and before joining Friedman | Rubin, Mr. White was a partner in the 200+ lawyer national firm of
Preston, Gates and Ellis.
Mr. White has obtained notable judgments and settlements on personal injury cases
and wrongful death cases in the $5,000,000-$10,000,000 range. His practice consists of a wide range of litigation
including personal injury, wrongful death, aviation disasters, Jones Act, medical malpractice and insurance bad faith
litigation.
A native of Massachusetts, Mr. White received his B.A. from University of California at Berkeley
in 1976 and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 1979.
